Need a little inspiration?

Are you inspired?  Are you committed to your goals?  Sometimes a simple quote or two can push you that much further to succeed.  As a quote junkie, I love the wealth of writing styles from so many ageless icons in literary history.  Whether it is the 7th Century AD or even the 20th Century, these are the visionaries that capture such beautiful words of wisdom.  Filling our brains and hearts with only a few eloquent sentences is all we may need for a little inspiration.  Just a few minutes a day, that’s all it takes to gives us that extra thrust of motivation. The effects of these quotations can be so incredibly enlightening.

Words of Vision:

If only we could pull out our brain and use only our eyes.

Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) Spanish painter.

We lift ourselves by our thought. We climb upon our vision of ourselves. If you want to enlarge your life, you must first enlarge your thought of it and of yourself. Hold the ideal of yourself as you long to be, always everywhere.

Orison Swett Marden (1850-1924) American author and founder of Success magazine.

Cherish you visions and your dreams as they are the children of your soul; the blue prints of your ultimate achievements.

Napoleon Hill (1883-1970) American speaker and motivational writer.

I just want to do God's will. And He's allowed me to go up to the mountain. And I've looked over, and I've seen the Promised Land.

Martin Luther King Jr. (1929-1968) American black leader.

The farther backward you can look, the farther forward you are likely to see.

Winston Churchill (1874-1965) British politician.

I would give all the wealth of the world, and all the deeds of all the heroes, for one true vision.

Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862) American naturalist, poet and philosopher.
